Develop automated solutions within the Salesforce platform building out processes, triggers, flows, integrations, and custom work streams that support critical business functions.
Continuously evolve the functionality and capabilities provided through API integrations of Salesforce and other cloud-based business tools.
Collaborate across organizational groups to understand priorities and identify where automations can be implemented to accelerate innovation.
Assess impact of platform changes and evaluate upstream and downstream impacts to applications, systems and processes.
Manage development environments including multiple sandboxes and the migration process for code and configuration to the production Salesforce environment.
Complete regular internal system audits, health checks, and ensure user access is meeting IRS and SOC2 compliance standards.
Support the long-term strategy of the organization while maintaining simplicity in the code environment.
3+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years of development experience on Salesforce platforms.
Certified Salesforce.com Admin or Developer with experience working with Pardot and integrating Hubspot is a big plus.
Experience with Pardot, Einstein Bots, Lightning Web Components, Rest and Soap APIs.
Proficient in integrating exterior platforms using API tools, Zapier and Webhooks.
Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II a bonus).
Detail-oriented with proven ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities.
Entrepreneurial mind-set and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to qualitatively and quantitatively validate product assumptions through rapid and iterative testing (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing).
Looking for someone who can work a fixed schedule overlapping with US time zones, but we’re flexible on how that might look. Open to candidates who can do full time (40 hours) or ¾ time (30 hours).
